FOULKES. - CEMLYN J.E. 30th July 2014. Peacefully at Ruthin Hospital, aged 64 years, of Pen y Coed, Graigfechan, Ruthin. Devoted husband (40 years) of Catrin (Trin), loving and caring dad of Ceri, Sioned and Gethin, father-in-law of Adam and Claire, proud taid of Elinor, Isabel, Arthur and Bridget, brother of Alison and brother-in-law of Jim, Neville, Christine and Ceris. Funeral on Friday 8th August. A Memorial Service will take place at St. Peter's Church, Ruthin at 12.15pm. Family flowers only, donations in memory if desired to Cancer Research UK or Ruthin Hospital League of Friends, (Club ties can be worn). Arrangements by Dowell Brothers, Funeral Directors of Ruthin.
