THIS week we all seemed to arrive at the circuit class in a post-Easter, and for some of us post-chocolate indulging, malaise.
THIS week we all seemed to arrive at the circuit class in a post-Easter, and for some of us post-chocolate indulging, malaise.

Luckily, due to a toothache which I endured - courtesy of a wisdom tooth - over the majority of the bank holiday weekend, my chocolate consumption (egg-shaped or otherwise) was markedly low.

Having this added advantage, which for me was unusual, made me feel more confident this week to the point where I dared to increase my weight size for the bicep curls.
