(Or how I rushed to the leisure centre - and survived)





I have been going through a bit of a bum phase with the gym. I was doing really great up until December when I managed to crack my ankle on a cross trainer machine.

I jumped off the machine and forgot to press stop so the foot bit flung itself backward and cracked my ankle so hard that an immediate egg formed.

Two lessons learned.
