IT'S looking like an exciting start to 2018 for British metal band I Saw The World Burn (ISTWB).

With gigs around the country from North Wales to London, the band is pushing to expand on the hard work they have already implemented so far and they are constantly looking to book more shows moving forward.

With one eye on their upcoming debut full album, Denbigh-based bassist for ISTWB Don Jackson-Wyatt said: "We are making real progress with the writing of the album and are excited to unleash it on the metal scene across the UK later in the year, with the hope of really making a mark and turning heads."

Guitarist Ian Deaville added: “Writing the album is a slow, but methodical process and comparing the completed tracks to our previous work, it's definitely a step-up in quality for the band and it is something were are already proud of.”

With two successful EPs under their belt, plus physical and online sales of their music around the globe, ISTWB are also looking to tour the UK in 2018, with European dates a real possibility.

Having had the music video for 'Species Obsolete' broadcast on TV, being interviewed by Daniel P Carter of Radio One for Scuzz TV and also having pieces in national music magazines, such as Terrorizer, plus mentions in Metal Hammer and playing the revered Bloodstock Festival, the future is exciting for ISTWB.
