A MAN and woman have been arrested over a spate of explosions.

A 40-year-old woman was yesterday (Sunday, April 21) arrested in connection with the investigation into a series of incidents in whereby objects have been ignited.

The woman, who is local to the Denbigh area was arrested on Sunday morning and was taken to St Asaph custody where she will be questioned by detectives.

A spokesman for North Wales Police said: "A 46-year-old man arrested on Friday, April 19, in connection with the same investigation, remains in police custody being questioned. "

Homes were evacuated on Friday when Crime Scene Investigators from North Wales Police examined a property in the Lenten Pool area of Denbigh. Residents were later evacuated for a second time on Saturday. See this week's Free Press for more on this story. Were you evacuated? Let us know by emailing
