Denbigh and Flint countryside day promises family fun

The fourth Denbigh & Flint Countryside Day to be held at Greenfield Valley Heritage Park on Sunday May 18 at 10am until 4.30pm.

The show promises something for all the family, the day will comprise of countryside day themed demonstrations, exhibitors and educational stands with a full timetable including falconry shows, sheep shearing, farrier demonstrations, vintage tractors, working dogs and cattle.

There will be various stands to buy local crafts, mini golf course, shooting gallery and pony rides.

Traditional Punch & Judy Shows and Mr Bimbamboozle Magician will be performing throughout the day.

New for 2014 is a Companion Dog Show which starts at 2pm with entries taken on the day.

Alongside the events specially arranged for the day, visitors can enjoy the wonderful venue of Greenfield Valley museum with its farm animals, maze, park areas and woodland walks and soak up the atmosphere of the reconstructed Victorian School House and Farm Buildings.
