Traffic chaos after A55 crash

Emergency services were called to the road traffic collision involving on the A55 at 5.31pm.

Both carriageways were closed and motorists were stuck in tailbacks of up to eight miles. 

One male casualty was airlifted to hospital.

 Anyone who was traveling in the area around this time and witnessed anything should call North Wales Police on 101.
