ONLY a miracle will deny Denbigh a swift return to the top table of North Wales' cricket.
The North Wales Cricket League Division One frontrunners blazed a trail to romp to an impressive win over Marchwiel Wrexham and Denbigh now hold a huge lead at the head of the standings. It has really been a tremendous few weeks for Denbigh and the key to their recent success has been some top quality individual efforts. Over recent weeks, skipper Ben Wilcox-Jones and opener Gerallt Lyall have smashed superb centuries and on Saturday it was the turn of Phillip Lewis (132) to take centre stage in a 142-run success.
