IT was celebration time at Maes Tegid over the weekend. An entertaining evening was had on Saturday as Bala Town FC marked a terrific 2015/2016 Welsh Premier League season with the club’s annual presentation. The evening started with a performance from Arwel, Glyn and Erin singing some well humoured songs specially written for the evening before an auction of a variety of football memorabilia raised £545. Local butcher Mark Watkins and his wife Nia served the hog roast which everyone enjoyed with plenty of meat and crackling to go round. Following the food, everyone was entertained by John Sellers with his singing and humour. Providing the surprise of the evening was one of the Bala Town players singing.
