STILL with a chance heading into the second leg.

That’s the target being set by team boss Colin Caton as Bala Town prepare for a huge European occasion.

Some 24 hours before Wales tackle Belgium in the last-eight of Euro 2016, the Lakesiders will be massive underdogs as they travel to Sweden to take on AIK Solna in the first qualifying round of the Europa League.

AIK Solna play their home matches at the 50,000 capacity Friends Arena, which is the home of the Swedish national team, but tomorrow’s first leg is being played at the Tele2 Arena, which holds around 30,000 fans.

Speaking yesterday morning, Caton said: “It’s just to be still in the contest after the first leg.

“The lads have never played in a stadium that size before and in front of that many people.

“It will be daunting... but we have got the players to cope with it.”

AIK Solna currently sit in fourth spot in the Swedish Allsvenskan table, five points adrift of leaders Malmö FF after 12 games.

They’ve won six of their dozen matches so far this season, losing only twice.
