THREE weeks of roadworks will be carried out along a busy route in St Asaph.
Resurfacing works will begin next Monday down the A525 at The Roe.
Denbighshire County Council have said delays “are expected” and motorists are being urged to consider alternative routes.
A spokesperson for the authority said: “Resurfacing works are due to begin next Monday for approximately three weeks. The resurfacing works will be carried out under convoy arrangements, which means that the road can remain open.
“Contractors working on behalf of the Council will be working extended hours to minimise the length of the project. However, delays are expected and the Council would like to thank people in advance for their co-operation and to apologise for any inconvenience.”
As the road will remain partially open, no formal diversion routes will be put in place.
The spokesperson added: “Signs will be in place and resident have already been informed of the work.”
