Police are warning that the A525 Denbigh bypass is likely to remain closed for some time today (Sunday) after a crash.
Emergency services were on the scene overnight and on Sunday morning, the road was still closed.
No details are yet available of the incident with North Wales Police saying on Twitter: "Due to a serious RTC , the Denbigh bypass will be closed for some time today and there may be traffic disruption in the area. We appreciate your patience."
An eyewitness said that there were a number of emergency services vehicles at the scene and a helicopter had been heard overhead during the night.
