IT'S Rovers and out for another successful season!
Ruthin Rovers U-10s celebrated another fine season recently with the side's presentation night.
The interest among the side remains very high, with 37 players signed on last season and four others just going along to training sessions.
The team proved to be very competitive throughout the season, even though the squad is continually rotated to give everybody an opportunity at game time.
Ruthin Rovers U-10s also entered three tournaments towards the end of the season and they got to one semi-final, while narrowly missing out on several others.
Off the field, the players decided to do a sponsored run for their friend and team mate Jac Jones.
Jac has severe hearing loss and his parents were looking to raise money to buy an FM system for Jac to help with being able to hear better during training sessions.
Players and parents ran twice round the pitches at Llanfwrog and they were able to raise the incredible amount of £1,000.05.
Coaches Alun, Ian, Mike Ollie, Sion and Wyn would like to thank the players and parents for their continued support over the course of the season.
They are already planning ahead for the Ruthin Rovers U-11s season, which will start in September.
