THE results for Bryneglwys Community Council elections have been confirmed.
Nia Ann Roberts received 109 votes (70 per cent) to Roy Stephen Sinclair's 47 votes (30 per cent).
The turnout stood at 156 votes, 52 per cent of the Bryneglwys electorate.
Cllr Roberts, independent of party, replaces former community councillor Anita Bailey who resigned having completed her term.
