Barriers have been installed at Rhyl Pavilion theatre
LOW level barriers have been installed on a theatre's car park.
In response to complaints from residents about cars racing on Rhyl Pavilion car park, barriers have been installed by Denbighshire County Council.
These will be locked overnight, starting tonight (Thursday).
The car park will open between 7am – midnight.
