The Welsh Ambulance Service was called to a road traffic collission yesterday evening.
The crash occured on the A541 near Bodfari where one one adult and two children were rported to have been hurt.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 6.26pm yesterday, Tuesday April 1, to reports of a road traffic collision on the A541, near Bodfari.
"A paramedic in a rapid response vehicle was supported at scene by an emergency ambulance and an ambulance officer, and one adult and two children with minor injuries were taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd for a precautionary check up."
