Denbigh vigil for missing Arthur

A VIGIL will be held at the Angel in Denbigh at 8pm today to show support and raise money for the search for 73-year-old Arthur Jones who went missing on a holiday to Crete.

Arthur Jones has not been heard of or sighted since June 19.

Searches have been carried out with family members going out to Crete to help out.

A thousand leaflets have been handed out to locals on the island in the hope that one of them would recognise and remember seeing him on his holiday.

Prime minister, David Cameron, has promised to do as much as he can to help with the search, and hundreds are joining in.

The candles will cost £1 each and all proceedings will go towards Arthur Jones' family to help fund the search.
