IT HAS been another year of outstanding results for St. Brigid’s A-level students.
At the Denbigh school, 85 per cent of students have achieved an A* to C grade and 25 per cent of all results were A* or A.
The hard work and determination of the students, the dedication of the teachers and the commitment and high shared expectations of our supportive parents have paid dividends.
Olivia Parry-Hughes, with two A* and an A, will be going on to read English literature at Cambridge University.
Head Girl Abigail Davies-Moore achieved three As will study psychology at Durham University.
Katie Roberts achieved three As and will read human sciences at University College, London.
Kate McCoubrey, with two As and a B, will study History at Manchester University.
Headteacher Rona Jones said: “Once again the students of St. Brigid’s have excelled at A level. We are incredibly proud of these results which are testament to the dedication of students and staff. It is particularly pleasing for us to see our students’hard work resulting in terrific university placements.”
