DENBIGHSHIRE County Council’s integrated health, social care and third sector team, known as the Community Resource Team, is holding a “meet the team” event at Canolfan Ni in Corwen.
The event, on October 23, will be an opportunity for professionals, providers and the public to meet the team, which includes health, social care and third sector staff.

Running from 10am – 12pm, attendees can pop in and talk to the people who take care of their community and beyond.
Cllr Elen Heaton, lead member for health and social care, said: “This is a great opportunity for people to connect with the team who work incredibly hard each day, dedicated to delivering care and support to members of our community.
“If you have any questions for the team or would like to learn more, don’t hesitate to stop by. The staff have a wealth of knowledge ready to share.”
