PREPARE to be horrified, shocked and amazed: The Circus of Horrors is rolling in to Llandudno.
Following on from the huge success of The Asylum, the grizzly troupe has had a major revamp and returns to Venue Cymru with its rocking new show The Day of the Dead.
Set during the early 1900’s, the cast of chaos mongers transport the body of their doyen Dr Haze to a remote area of Mexico.
Unbeknown to them they have settled in a former burial ground of Aztec Warriors. There they join the local inhabitants' strange and bizarre rituals to try and revive their esteemed leader - all, of course, with disastrous consequences!
The new show Day of the Dead follows directly on from the previous show Asylum.
Bringing a blend of rock, horror and mayhem, this is a musical extravaganza that shocks the senses and makes you feel invigorated, with a stage full of bizarre freaks, blood hungry hotties, outstanding acrobats and contortionists; all looked over and kept in chaos by the sinister and dastardly creator of it all Doktor Haze.
Played against the backdrop of an old ruined Aztec Temple, witch-doctors, voodoo acrobats, pickled people, bendy bodies, demon dwarves, and flying chained vampires erupt from tanks of blood to perform their amazing blood curdling stunts.
This gruesome spectacular takes The Circus of Horrors into a staggering 15 years since the first trampling of the blood-soaked boards, having toured relentlessly around the world achieving cult status since then.
If you have the nerve to experience this petrifying production, then brace yourself for an extravaganza where the traditional circus is dragged screaming and shouting into the 21st century.
