A POPULAR Welshpool man died during the early hours of January 3.
Jim Jarvis, who ran Welshpool taxi firm Yellow Cabs, spent the latter years of his life traveling to Shrewsbury for dialysis treatment and regularly campaigned for a clinic to be built in Welshpool.
Jim, aged in his mid 60s, passed away at approximately 3am on Monday, January 3.
