DENBIGHSHIRE County Council has confirmed that turnout for county councillors was 42.4 per cent.




Among those voting by post, the turnout was 70 per cent.

The 42.4 per cent turnout compares favourably to voting levels in the three Assembly constituencies in May 2007, which were 40.3 per cent in the Vale of Clwyd constituency, 37.6 per cent in Clwyd South and 45.7 per cent in Clwyd West.
