an will be bubbling over with activity on August 9 thanks to the return of the annual Henllan Community Leisure Association (HCLA) Henllan Extravaganza, followed by the evening's celebration of music, Party in the Parc.
The event celebrates its fifth birthday this year and welcomes back the Vale of Clwyd Canine Society for their second show at the event.
A whole host of activities for all ages are on offer at the Henllan Extravaganza, including classic cars, a barbecue, stalls, a children's fair, the Henllan Mile run, children's sports (1-3pm) and a car boot sale, while a licensed bar will operate from 1pm till 4pm
And when the sun starts to go down, the temperature will keep on rising on the field with the return of the successful Party in the Parc. Music and food lovers are in for a treat thanks to the line up of live bands and a delicious hog roast to tuck into. Music and licensed bar from 7-11pm.
The Henllan Extravaganza will kick off at 10am. Entry to the extravaganza is £1.50, while children under the age of 16 will be allowed in free of charge.
Gates for Party in the Parc will open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. Advanced entrance tickets £10 for adults and £7.50 for under 18's (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
