Housing association seeks award after success of strategy

A HOUSING association's strategy to involve tenants and residents in all aspects of its service delivery has been so successful that the association has now entered it for a national award.




Clwyd Alyn Housing Association's community involvement strategy was adopted in July last year, and the St Asaph-based association, which has tenants and residents throughout North Wales, has since organised regular newsletters, social events and forums where communities can get involved.
