COMMUNITIES across the Vale of Clwyd have benefited from a record amount of unpaid work by offenders.





In all, Community Payback teams supervised by the Probation Service provided just over 133,000 hours or nearly £750,000 worth of free labour in the region over the past year.

A breakdown shows that 38,970 hours of unpaid work worth £215,114 were done in the Conwy and Denbighshire.
