UNCLE Peter's Fudge Company has made a tasty new fudge - by mistake!




The company, which scooped a top prize at last year's True Taste Wales Food and Drink awards, is based in Llangollen.

"Just after Christmas this year the family were coming to stay and I knew there would be long faces as I had sold out of most of my fudge in December," said Peter Tofalos.
