Offices in Wales are suffering from a culture of presenteeism among staff which is having a detrimental effect on the workforce.




New research from employee wellbeing specialist Right Corecare reveals 40 per cent of Welsh employees frequently stay in the office longer than necessary. Bosses' demands are at the heart of the problem, with one in four (26 per cent) employees stating that everyone in their office is expected to work extra hours.
