MORE members than ever have joined the Scout Association is celebrating its largest surge in membership in the last 22 years.





In the last year 15,000 additional members joined the movement and in Denbighshire there are now 68 adult and 307 youth members across the county, forming nine groups of Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts and Explorer Scouts.

Total youth membership is now calculated to be over 465,000, with 100,000 adult volunteers.
