MAE Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi talu teyrnged i Tom Parry o Brestatyn a fu farw yn Hosbis Sant Cyndeyrn ar Ebrill 29.





Roedd Mr Parry wedi cynrychioli Prestatyn Canolog o 1995 hyd nes iddo ymddeol fel cynghorydd yn yr etholiadau yn 2004. Fe gadeiriodd bwyllgor addysg y cyngor cyn cyflwyniad y system Gabinet a phwyllgorau craffu a bu'n gweithredu fel cadeirydd y cyngor yn 2003/04.
