ADVENTURERS are being urged to don their hiking boots and take part in a mountainous challenge to raise cash for Bolton Hospice.
Bosses at the hospice are appealing for 30 people to climb Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps.
Solicitors Judith Bromley, Desra Kerrigan and Victoria Marsh, of Bolton firm Russell and Russell, were among the first to sign up to the Mont Blanc challenge.
The expedition will take place between July 4 and 11, next July, and the hospice hopes it will raise £25,000.
Anyone who would like to take part must pay a £250 deposit and raise a minimum of £1,500 in sponsorship.
