Young watchdog Rhian to keep her eye on the police
THE youngest ever member of a police watchdog body is urging people to follow in her footsteps.
Solicitor Rhian Smith, 26, of Denbigh, says it's vital that North Wales Police Authority attracts the right calibre of candidates to fill three vacancies for independent members.
Several members have come to the end of their terms of office and replacements are needed to bring the number of independent members up to eight.
