Conventional fire engine
MORE than 20 firefighters fought a hillside blaze at Cerrigydrudion yesterday.
Six Appliances were called to the fire which was above Llyn Brenig.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Spokesman said: “We received a call early yesterday evening and conventional fire engines from Cerrigydrudion, Denbigh and Rhyl and Abergele were despatched. In addition off road fire engines from Denbigh and Abergele were also called out.
“In total 300 square metres of bracken and scrub land were alight, this was extinguished before midnight.”
