DUE to the severe weather warnings for this Friday, March 2, the Vale of Clwyd Angling Club has postponed its members' night until the following Friday, March 9.
The annual members’ evening will be held at the Brookhouse Mill, Denbigh, starting at 7.30pm.
Although the event is generally a get-together for current members, the invitation is extended to non-members who would like to find out more about fishing and the fishing which the club has to offer.
Officers from the club will be available on the evening to provide details about the 30-plus river and lake fishing opportunities available to members and to accept membership renewals and applications for membership.
It’s an opportunity to find out more about the club, meet other anglers and to enjoy the free refreshments.
If you are unable to attend, but would like more information about the club and the fishing opportunities offered, visit the Vale of Clwyd Angling Club’s website at www.valeofclwydanglingclub.org
Alternatively, people can contact the club chairman Tony Espley on 01745 730761 / 07597 383203, or e-mail tonyespley@tiscali.co.uk
