The Denbighshire Free Press team visited Morrisons in Denbigh last week.

Patrons and readers had the chance to give their views on the paper and quiz reporters Scott Clarke and Patrick Glover on the Free Press.

The team were even lucky enough to meet a long-time reader of the paper, Anne Davies, who still had a cut out of her marriage notice from a copy of the paper more than 50 years ago.

This visit was a part of a three week stint where the team will be visiting towns within the Free Press patch to chat to the readers.

Scott said: "It was nice to have the chance to speak to our regular readers. We met people that had been reading the newspaper for more than 50 years. It was also interesting to learn how the paper has evolved and what readers would like to see more of."

The team will be out and about again this Thursday, this time visiting Tesco in Ruthin and looking forward to hearing your views on the paper.

If you are in the area and want to have your say on the Free Press come down and say hello, our friendly team would love to hear from as many people as possible.

The team will be in Ruthin Tesco from 11am until 3pm with copies of the paper and a few other goodies to give away to our faithful readers.
