Two classrooms were damaged in the blaze at the former Rhos Street school last Sunday.

He added: “Anyone who has any information should call us on 101 quoting reference W069681. A Denbighshire County Council spokesman said: "The old Rhos Street school building is still officially operational, but we are in the process of decommissioning and emptying the building, following the pupils and teachers relocating to their new school at the Glasdir site in Ruthin, which they share with Ysgol Pen Barras."
