DANCERS at a secondary school in Ruthin are getting ready to represent Denbighshire for a TV performance tomorrow – and you can tune in.
Dawnswyr Dyffryn Clwyd, a dance group made up of year seven, eight and nine pupils at Ysgol Brynhyfryd, will perform at the Urdd National Eisteddfod finals in Builth Wells, Powys and will be screened on S4C live.
The group had won two categories at county-level, in Street and Creative Dance, and will now represent Denbighshire.
Gwyneth Day, PE teacher at Ysgol Brynhyfryd, said: "The PE department is extremely proud of our girls, they have trained solidly since October and deserve every success.
"We would like to thank their coach Hanna Medi for her valued contribution in training the girls and choreographing their routine."
The group will be broadcasted live on S4C at 10.30am on Thursday, May 31.
