National Treasure: Book of Secrets (PG)

NICHOLAS "put the bunny back in the box" Cage is back - and this time it's personal.
Basking in his success from finding untold treasures in the first film, Cage is this time searching for the mythical City of Gold so that he can clear the name of his great grandfather - who has just been named as criminal mastermind behind the Lincoln assasination.
It's all a bit far fetched and ludicrous, a kind of Indiana Jones adventure for those of us wanting to be led through a trail of clues in true Da Vinci Code style, but it's entertaining enough.
The worst part has to be Cage's English impression which is dire to put it mildly.
But, if you can get over that, you'll enjoy this fast moving flick as long as you don't let the cheesy American patriotic speeches force you to start gagging on your popcorn.
