IT turned out to be a tricky North Wales Cricket League Division Two weekend for Llangollen.
The Tower Fields outfit had home advantage versus Buckley for their latest league encounter,
The Flintshire visitors were left to celebrate at the conclusion of the contest as they eased to a nine-wicket margin of success.
Buckley made the correct decision to bowl first aster winning the pre-match toss.
Only three Llangollen batsmen managed to reach double figures during the early portion of the afternoon.
Matthew Williams top scored with 18, supported by Bryn Sheppard (15) and number 11 batsman James Moore-Stevens (10).
With Joel Sampson (3-14) and Samuel Edwards (2-23) in fine form with the ball, Llan found themselves being dismissed for just 68 in the 34th over.
Buckley required fewer than 15 overs to reach a winning 71-1 when it was their turn to bat.
Leading the charge were opener Joel Sampson (35 not out) and Rocco Franco (19 not out).
Bryn Sheppard (1-23) picked up the solitary wicket to fall, which made sure that Llangollen claimed one league point from their efforts on the day.
