THE Wingmen and Masons A are joint top of the A-League in the Denbigh and District Summer Darts League after the latest spot of local darting action.
Masons A strengthened their title hopes by picking up nine points in a 7-1 beating of Masons B, with Eifion Hughes hitting 180.
The Wingmen defeated Golden Lion A 6-2, with Dil Martin taking out a 180 and a 15-dart leg against his former side.
Elsewhere, Wings A continued their good form with a 5-3 victory over Railway A.
Ian Jones, of the Wings, took out a 112 finish, with the Railway's Carl Jones hitting a 120 checkout to finish a fine 15-dart leg with partner Billy Dawson in their doubles match.
Golden Lion B remain top of the B Division, but last week they were held to a draw at the Kinmel Arms.
Flying Wings B are having a great campaign and they chalked up another positive outcome with a 5-3 victory at Railway A.
In further action, derby bragging rights went the was of White Lion A when they edged out White Lion B 5-3.
The B team's John Jones helped himself to a 110 checkout in his match.
