WITH few other races on at the weekend, members of Prestatyn Running Club turned to Parkruns.
Club representatives turned out in their red vests at four different venues.
On a new course in Newborough Forest, Matty Smith finished sixth in 20.27 and Amie Bagnall was the second lady, just two seconds behind.
Once again, there were personal bests galore recorded by Prestatyn RC racers.

James Rogers has been as busy as usual over the past week.
On Wednesday evening, he finished 58th in the Druid fell-race from Llanferres, in 51.37.
Then, on Saturday, Rogers completed the 8.5-mile Tal-y-Fan fell-race in Rowen, clocking 1-45.48.
Andrew Aitken set a club “first” by competing in an unusual event – a hilly five-miler around the JCB factory in Rocester, near Uttoxeter.
In very warm weather, he finished in 46 minutes.
