Ruthin Cycling Club hosts a number of rides for all abilities.

Ruthin Cycling Club runs regular rides on Wednesday morning (10am start).

This is usually a fairly easy two-hour ride followed by coffee. Two groups cycle on Sunday mornings (9am start), with a midway coffee stop.

Rhyl Cycling Club welcomes new juniors to its Sunday cycling session between 9.30 and 10.30am at the 1.25km Marsh Road circuit in Rhyl every week.

There are always at least two separate groups for younger and older riders between the ages of six and 17.

A lot of fun is had, as well as a bit of exercise that might bring some sweat to riders' faces.

There is a charge of £2 per junior, which includes the use of a road bike and helmet if needed, plus advice from the club's British Cycling-qualified coaches.

Rhyl Cycling Club are one of the few clubs in Wales who are Go-Ride accredited, and the very first in the whole of Wales, which means the club meets the highest standards in how the club is run for juniors.

As well as the Sunday sessions, the club has frequent two-hour rides from Rhyl on quiet undulating roads.

These are from 9am and they are open to riders aged 12 years and above.

Rhos on Sea Cycling Club provides training every Wednesday evening from 6–7.30pm, at Marsh Tracks, Rhyl.

In all, the club has a membership of over 100 riders that cover a wide range of ages and abilities, from five years to the very senior and experienced.
