IT was no unlucky week 13 for Rob Thomas in Denbigh Golf Club's winter league competition.
Thomas came to the fore as he edged a tight competition and the scoring once more proved to be good.
There was a three-way tie on 41 points, with Thomas just pipping Bryn Owen and Fred Jones on countback to claim victory.
With the league nearing its conclusion, Craig Stubbs is leading the way with 41 points, just a point clear of Robert A Williams.
Paul Smith and Jonathan Roberts are third and fourth respectively, both with 37 points.

Winner, Rob Thomas (24) 41pts. Silver: 1, Andrew Witton (10) 39; 2, Alan Williams (15) 39. Bronze: 1, Bryn Owen (19) 41; 2, Fred Jones (22) 41. Challenge hole (9th): Don Walmsley.
