THERE'S a man for all seasons at Denbigh Golf Club!

Not content with claiming glory as the club's winter league champion this year, David Clayton has been proving that this success was no fluke.

Clayton, having his real handicap restored last week, proved he is back in the groove with an overwhelming haul of 46 points last Saturday.

This was more than enough for victory in the stableford contest, with Clayton finishing the day four points clear of Ifan Roberts the gold section winner.

The club decided that the course was not ready for qualifying competitions, thus it played all the Easter holiday competitions as non-qualifiers from the yellow tees.

With continued favourable weather, the aim is to restore qualifying golf this weekend.
