BALA 2NDS 88
HALKYN 2NDS 89-0
(Halkyn won 10-0)

PATIENT Halkyn left Bala 2nds point-less in Saturday's Division Five tussle.

The Flintshire hosts won the toss and invited Bala to bat first, a good decision as the visitors were restricted to 88 all out in 44 overs.

Owain Jones led the scoring stakes for Bala with 19, supported by opener Gethin Williams (14) and Colin Thomas (13).
