Glan Clwyd's cup after tough final

IT is nearly all over for another table tennis season, writes Sean Lucas.





The Llandudno and District league is complete and the handicap final has been played, only the Presidents Trophy and the end of season presentation dinner is awaited.

In the meeting of the two best-handicapped teams in the league, Glan Clwyd Hospital landed the cup 765-748.

It was a hard-fought final with the closest game being the doubles which George Mynott and Ady Waugh edged 50-49.
