THERE were a couple of tight finishes involving local sides in North Wales Cricket League action on Saturday.





In Division Three, brilliant Bala successfully accomplished a sizeable chase during their trip to Brymbo 3rds.

The home side set a challenging 198-7 from their 45 overs, only for Bala to respond with an excellent 202-9 for a 6-4 points win.
