The club will host a taster session at Denbigh Leisure Centre next Wednesday, September 10 (7.30-9pm) with all abilities and ages welcome.

Denbigh Netball Club is ready and raring to go for the new season.

The club is one of the best resourced in North Wales after winning a full Sports Council for Wales Community Chest grant last year and purchasing a wide range of modern equipment.

The club boasts four posts, reactor balls, evasion belts, mini trampolines, medicine balls, resistor belts, agility ladder, hurdles and a powerjumper on top of all its standard netball equipment.

Club coordinator Catrin Grinvalds said: "As we have increased our coaching resources, the club has the capability to expand so is keen to see as many girls and ladies as possible at Wednesday night's taster session.

"It's a great keep fit winter hobby which also has a fun social element."
