Ruthin tame the Lions

RUTHIN U-12s' revenge mission bore fruit in the Wrexham Anglo-Welsh tournament.

In their group, Ruthin beat Llangefni, Llandudno, Rhyl and Newcastle-under-Lyne, but lost narrowly 5-0 to Rugby Lions.

These results secured runners-up spot in the group and in the semi-final Ruthin beat Winnington Park.

This set up a final - and another clash - with Rugby Lions, who were unbeaten all season.
