DENBIGH Town shut out visiting Penrhyncoch to ensure they finished their first season back in the Cymru Alliance in the top-half of the table.

In fairness, Penrhyncoch had the better of the early stages, but it was Denbigh who got on the scoreboard first thanks to an Ian Evans penalty.

Denbigh made the points safe in the dying minutes with Kevin Evans' effort.
