LLANRHAEADR 3

LLANGYNHAFAL 2

THERE are no boring games including Llanrhaeadr in this year's Summer League.

Martin Baldry's charges began their campaign the previous Monday by relinquishing a 2-0 lead in their 3-2 loss versus Nantglyn.

The boot was on the other foot when Llanrhaeadr played host to Llangynhafal on Thursday.

Martin Dyer's visitors appeared to be on course for their first win of 2018 as they held a 2-0 advantage at the interval.

However, Baldry's half-time team talk certainly did the trick as Llanrhaeadr turned things around after the break and they were able to record a fine 3-2 triumph.

Initially, things were going in favour of Llangynhafal and goals from Gareth Martin and David MacCarter had them in the box seat.

Llanrhaeadr's second half responses were supplied by Elis Vaughan, Rhys Rowlands and Tomos Hywel.
